On Thursday, January 11, 2001, the Dutch Martini
   returned to the taps of Duff's Restaurant, after a  
   hiatus of many years. Duff's was one of the first
   restaurants to feature Heineken on tap in St. Louis,
   back in the Seventies, and is once again proud to
